Nova Pixel Studio is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Austin. You will shape brand systems, craft compelling visuals, and turn concepts into production-ready assets across web, mobile, print, and social.
You will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate strategy into design that drives engagement and conversions. We value thoughtful typography, color theory, accessible design, and polished deliverables. This role offers growth, mentorship, and the opportunity to influence major campaigns. Remote options available for selected candidates.
Responsibility
- Lead the design of brand identities and system components across channels
- Create visuals for web, apps, print, and social media
- Collaborate with product and marketing to establish design direction
- Develop and maintain design assets libraries and pattern libraries
- Mentor junior designers and review work for quality
- Ensure accessibility, brand consistency, and production-ready deliverables
- Translate complex concepts into clear visual storytelling
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder feedback
Qualification
- Bachelor or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years experience in graphic design, branding, and UI UX
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar
- Strong typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout
- Experience with brand systems and design tokens
- Portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital design across channels
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design
- Excellent communication and time management
