Weâre seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for branding, typography, and visual storytelling to elevate our clientsâ identities across digital and print channels.
What youâll do
- Lead end-to-end design for brand identities, campaigns, and product launches from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to define creative direction
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems including typography, color, and iconography
- Create compelling visuals for websites, social, packaging, and print collateral
- Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across channels
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate the team
- Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating design rationale
What weâre looking for
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong brand portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, and composition skills
- Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, and social
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Responsibility
- Lead and own multiple design projects from concept through production for brand identities, campaigns, and digital products
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems including typography, color, grids, and iconography
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and copy teams to translate strategy into visuals
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes and final assets for web, mobile, print, and social
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and brand consistency across all deliverables
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers
- Present concepts to stakeholders and iteratively refine based on feedback
- Manage timelines, assets, and version control to meet client and internal deadlines
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong branding portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, and composition skills
- Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, and social
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
