Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of groundbreaking visual campaigns across digital and print media.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions aligned with brand objectives.
- Present design strategies and concepts to stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering professional growth and creative excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Maintain and elevate consistent brand standards across all deliverables.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality digital and print work for premium brands.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Exceptional sense of typography, color, and visual storytelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring designers or leading creative teams preferred.
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational abilities.
