Join Lumina Studio, a boutique design agency shaping brands across tech, lifestyle, and entertainment. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You will lead visual concepts from ideation to delivery, aligning with brand strategy and production requirements.
As a member of our creative team, you will transform briefs into compelling visuals for web, print, packaging, and campaigns. You will mentor junior designers and partner with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistency and quality.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end creation of brand identities and design systems across channels
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to translate strategy into visuals
- Create layouts for campaigns, social media, packaging, websites, and print collateral
- Oversee production through final delivery, including assets optimization and QA
- Mentor junior designers; provide design critique and feedback
- Manage multiple projects with timelines; maintain brand consistency and standards
- Work with vendors and external agencies when needed
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of design experience across branding, print, digital, and packaging
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or XD
- Strong typography and layout skills; keen eye for color, composition, and grid systems
- Experience building design systems and brand guidelines
- Portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and digital media; ability to articulate design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and defend concepts
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
