What you will do
- Conceptualize and execute high-end visual identities, brand systems, and campaigns across print and digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and copy teams to translate requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Create and refine layouts for web, mobile, social, and print collateral with meticulous attention to typography and color.
- Develop responsive design assets and maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Oversee production processes, prepare style guides, and ensure deliverables meet technical specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to maintain design quality.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating rationale and impact.
Responsibility
- Lead design projects from concept to final production, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain brand systems, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling campaigns and assets.
- Produce print-ready and digital assets for multiple channels.
- Iterate based on feedback, tests, and user experience considerations.
- Stay current with design trends and software to continually elevate work.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing actionable feedback.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio across branding, UI/UX, and marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience developing brand systems, style guides, and scalable assets for multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to defend design decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse projects and outcomes, including digital and print.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
