Join Lumina Studio, a fast-growing creative agency specializing in branding, packaging, and digital experiences. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead design initiatives for top-tier clients and mentor junior designers.
As a key member of our design team, you will transform brand stories into compelling visuals across print, digital, and motion. This role offers remote-friendly flexibility with collaborative in-person sessions in San Francisco.

Responsibility
- Create and maintain visual brand systems across print, digital, and motion design.
- Lead design concepts from ideation through production, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and copy teams to deliver on-brand experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and provide design critique during reviews.
- Produce layouts for social, web, packaging, and collateral with attention to typography and color theory.
- Oversee production readiness for print and digital assets, including specs and asset handoffs to developers or printers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advocate for best practices in design systems.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding and packaging work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and motion design basics (After Effects).
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems expertise.
- Experience designing for print and digital environments; responsive design skills a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with design systems, Figma or Sketch, and prototyping tools.
- Authorized to work in the United States or eligible to work; willingness to relocate to San Francisco is a plus.
