PixelPeak Creative is a premium design studio based in New York City. We partner with innovative brands to craft memorable visual identities and scalable design systems. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can elevate our work and mentor peers.
As a key contributor on multidisciplinary teams, you will own the creative direction from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. You will craft assets for campaigns, digital experiences, packaging, and editorial formats across print and digital channels.

Responsibility
- Lead the visual design direction for brand campaigns across print and digital channels
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to translate concepts into visually compelling assets
- Produce high-quality layouts for campaigns, social media, packaging, and collateral
- Mentor junior designers and oversee external freelancers
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to deadlines and quality
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert level with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with branding and creating cohesive visual identities
- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch and design handoff to developers
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects
