Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end branding, packaging, and digital campaigns from concept to production.
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and deliver on-brand assets across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and copy teams to ensure cohesive design and messaging.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Oversee production workflows, ensuring accuracy for print and digital assets.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
- Present concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid typography, layout, and color theory skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with design systems and brand guidelines, including documentation and asset management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with print production processes and digital asset optimization.
