As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will synthesize multi-source data, produce concise briefs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate intelligence into operational outcomes.
Responsibility
- Conduct structured intelligence analysis across multiple domains (geopolitical, cyber, regional) to identify emerging threats and risk factors.
- Collect, evaluate, and integrate open-source and human-generated intelligence data from diverse sources.
- Produce timely analytic products, briefings, and indicators for leadership and clients.
- Develop and maintain threat assessments, watchlists, and scenario-based analyses.
- Collaborate with security, policy, and operations teams to inform decision-making and incident response.
- Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and privacy considerations in intelligence collection.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's analytic methodology and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, security studies, cybersecurity, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years in intelligence analysis or related field; experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT).
- Proficiency with analytic software and data visualization tools (e.g., Analyst's Notebook, Palantir, Tableau) or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; strong critical thinking and ethical judgment.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, threat modeling, and security policies; experience with safeguarding sensitive information and privacy.
- Eligibility for a security clearance or existing clearance preferred.
