Responsibility

  • Lead and manage intelligence analysis for assigned programs, delivering timely, high-quality products.
  • Conduct multi-source research (OSINT, open-source, and vetted datasets) and synthesize into actionable intelligence.
  • Produce executive-level briefings, written reports, and visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop and apply analytic methods, scenario planning, and threat modeling to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clients, program managers, and cross-functional teams; present findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain information security, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage sensitive data with integrity.
  • Mentor and review work of junior analysts; contribute to QA processes and analytic standards.

Qualification

  • Active Top Secret clearance or willingness to obtain; U.S. work authorization required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Political Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience, ideally within government, defense, or national security sectors.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in OSINT tools, databases, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS).
  • Experience with risk assessment, threat modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex findings to executives and clients.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
