As a Senior IT Consultant, you will partner with C-suite and cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement technology solutions in areas such as cloud, data security, integration, and ERP systems. You will lead engagements, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants.

Responsibility
- Lead client engagements from discovery to deployment, ensuring value realization and measurable outcomes.
- Assess client environments and develop technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Design and architect scalable solutions across cloud, security, data, and integration domains.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants; foster knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and change management.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; master's preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or a similar role.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in security, data governance, and IT risk management.
- Proven track record delivering complex ERP, integration, or data analytics initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel 20-40% as needed.
