NovaLogistics Group is seeking a highly organized Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Memphis operations. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to ensure reliable, cost-efficient delivery of goods across North America.
As a member of our logistics team, you will collaborate with warehousing, transportation, and planning to optimize routes, manage carrier performance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibility
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners, carriers, and warehouses to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) such as on-time delivery, freight spend, and dock-to-door cycle times.
- Lead exception management and root cause analysis for delays or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory visibility using WMS and ERP systems; support cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze freight audits, invoices, and contractual performance with vendors.
- Support inventory forecasting and demand planning to minimize stockouts and obsolescence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, customs, and regulatory requirements; drive process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (e.g., Oracle WMS), TMS, and ERP systems; proficient in Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of reducing transport costs and improving service levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in 3PL management and carrier negotiations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (DOT, OSHA).
