Join Cargill as a Senior Manager in Sustainability focusing on Tropical Oils such as Palm and Coconut. In this role, you will lead the implementation of sustainability strategies and programs to align with corporate and business priorities. You will be responsible for incorporating emerging trends and current best practices into the sustainability initiatives.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sustainability strategies for Palm and Coconut oils
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainability programs
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance sustainability efforts
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with sustainability standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sustainability management
- Strong understanding of palm and coconut oil production processes
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to influence and drive change within an organization
