Job description

At ElevateMentor, we design and deliver premium mentoring experiences that accelerate professionals' growth. We are seeking a Senior Mentoring Coach to lead one-on-one and group mentoring, helping mentees set ambitious goals, develop critical skills, and build lasting careers.

As a mentor and program facilitator, you will craft personalized development plans, guide mentees through actionable steps, and measure progress using clear metrics. You will also mentor and onboard volunteer mentors, ensuring consistent quality and impact across cohorts.

This is a high-visibility, impact-driven role that combines coaching excellence with program design. You will collaborate with Partners, People/HR, and Product to scale our mentoring programs for individuals across diverse industries.

Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and scale a metrics-driven mentoring program aligned with organizational goals and learner outcomes.
  • Lead initial intake sessions, perform needs assessments, and develop customized coaching plans.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and accountability check-ins to track progress and adjust goals.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer mentors; manage mentor-mentee matching and onboarding.
  • Facilitate live workshops and webinars on topics such as communication, leadership, and career planning.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program KPIs to leadership; continuously optimize program quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People, Partnerships, Curriculum) to scale offerings and expand reach.

Qualification

  • Minimum 6+ years of professional coaching or mentoring with proven impact.
  • Experience in curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and group coaching.
  • Strong communication, active listening, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
  • Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) or equivalent preferred; willingness to pursue ongoing training.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure outcomes and adjust strategies.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones; remote-friendly with occasional on-site sessions in SF.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, psychology, or related field.
