Responsibility

  • Design, plan, and execute molecular biology experiments to meet project objectives with rigorous controls and documentation.
  • Develop, optimize, and validate assays (PCR/qPCR, cloning, sequencing, and related techniques) to support research goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, bioinformatics, and manufacturing teams to translate findings into actionable steps.
  • Maintain accurate lab notebooks, manage sample tracking, and ensure compliance with biosafety and quality systems.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; PhD preferred for higher-level roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on molecular biology laboratory experience in an industry or academic setting.
  • Proficiency with PCR/qPCR, cloning, DNA/RNA extraction, and standard molecular assays.
  • Experience with cell culture and basic protein analyses (Western blot, ELISA) is a plus.
