Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Online Store Manager to lead end-to-end e-commerce operations for a rapidly growing brand. This role blends catalog management, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
Location: Austin, TX with a hybrid schedule and global reach. You will own the performance of our online storefronts across platforms, drive improvements in process, and partner with marketing, logistics, and product teams to scale our online business.
In this role you will set strategic direction, define KPIs, and execute initiatives that enhance product discovery, conversion, and overall shopping experience.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations across platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, and other marketplaces
- Manage product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure accurate and compelling storefronts
- Own conversion optimization through UX improvements, A/B testing, and performance analytics
- Lead order management, fulfillment, returns, and customer satisfaction for a seamless shopping experience
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan campaigns, email automations, SEO, and paid media alignment
- Monitor key metrics, generate insights, and report performance to stakeholders
- Automate repetitive workflows and implement scalable processes to support growth
- Coordinate with vendors, operations, and support teams to ensure timely product launches and issue resolution
Qualification
- 3+ years in online store management or e-commerce operations with a track record of revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one other major platform (WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce)
- Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and visualization tools
- Proven inventory management and order fulfillment experience with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
