Responsibility
- Lead high-impact studio and on-location photo shoots for commercial and editorial campaigns
- Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, and clients to bring visual concepts to life
- Edit and retouch images to ensure premium quality standards and brand consistency
- Manage photographic equipment and studio resources efficiently
- Instruct and mentor junior photographers and interns
- Maintain and develop digital archives and asset management systems
- Stay ahead of trends in lighting, composition, and photographic technology
- Uphold health & safety and copyright best practices on all shoots
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional photography experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert knowledge of digital cameras, lighting, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proven ability to deliver within tight deadlines and fast-paced settings
- Excellent creative vision with keen attention to detail and composition
- Exceptional communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Experience leading teams or mentoring creative talent preferred
- Ability to lift and transport photo equipment as needed
