Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end packaging design projects from concept to production, ensuring brand consistency and top-tier quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver feasible, cost-effective packaging solutions.
- Research emerging packaging trends, materials, and sustainability practices to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Create visually stunning prototypes and mock-ups for stakeholder presentations and consumer testing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, delivering on-time and on-budget.
- Communicate design intent and specifications clearly to vendors and production partners.
- Implement design changes based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional packaging design experience, preferably in CPG or retail sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Cinema 4D).
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative packaging solutions and creative problem solving.
- Thorough understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Sound knowledge of sustainability standards and eco-friendly packaging trends.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
