Responsibility
- Conceptualize, design, and develop premium product packaging for a diverse range of consumer brands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment.
- Evaluate and source sustainable packaging materials that balance cost, aesthetics, and environmental impact.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback responsively.
- Supervise packaging artwork, dielines, mock-ups, and pre-production samples for accuracy and quality control.
- Stay abreast of packaging industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting fast-paced deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in product packaging design, preferably within a CPG environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, market-ready packaging solutions.
- Solid understanding of print production, regulatory standards, and material science.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with sustainability trends and eco-friendly materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
