GreenPulse Renewables is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Project Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the planning, design, and delivery of cutting-edge solar, wind, and storage projects across the United States. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role focused on technical excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and on-time, on-budget project execution.
In this role, you will own technical scope, develop performance models, oversee electrical design, ensure code compliance, perform risk assessments, and mentor junior engineers. You will work closely with developers, EPCs, utilities, and local authorities to drive successful project outcomes from concept through commissioning.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of solar, wind, and storage projects from feasibility to commissioning.
- Develop and review technical scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and risk registers.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and software engineering teams; oversee EPC contractors and vendors.
- Perform energy yield analysis, performance modeling, and interconnection studies.
- Ensure compliance with all codes, standards, and permitting requirements.
- Manage project risks, change control, and stakeholder communications.
- Mentor junior engineers and support talent development.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in renewable energy project engineering or development.
- Proven experience with PV, wind, and storage systems; familiarity with PVSyst, PV*SOL, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of grid interconnection, permitting, and compliance processes in the U.S.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in modeling, cost estimation, and scheduling software; proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM tools.
- Travel up to 20% as required; validity of driver’s license.
