Responsibility
- Lead reservoir characterization and simulation studies for conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
- Design, monitor, and optimize enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects.
- Collaborate with geoscience, drilling, and production teams to maximize asset value.
- Prepare and present detailed reserve evaluations and field development plans to management.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE and regulatory requirements within projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team technical development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reservoir management and technology adoption.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in the oil & gas sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (PETREL, Eclipse, CMG, etc.).
- Expertise in reservoir modeling, decline curve analysis, and field development planning.
- Strong understanding of unconventional and mature asset optimization.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
