In this role, you will optimize inbound and outbound flows, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements across documentation, booking, and carriage management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customs, and IT to ensure seamless shipments and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Coordinate daily shipping activities for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy of documentation.
- Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and select optimal transport modes to balance cost and service levels.
- Plan and execute import/export processes in compliance with Incoterms and customs requirements.
- Monitor shipments using TMS/ERP systems, track KPIs, and proactively resolve exceptions.
- Collaborate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers to align on schedules and sailings.
- Maintain accurate data in systems, generate reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Prepare and review all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination or operations experience, preferably in international freight.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export/import documentation.
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems, MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate across functions.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CSS, or similar) are a plus.
