Responsibility
- Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Support the creation of on-brand visuals and copy, collaborating with design teams using tools like Canva.
- Monitor engagement metrics, track key KPIs, and report insights to optimize campaigns.
- Participate in the ideation of social campaigns and influencer partnerships to expand reach.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Help with social listening and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social activity with product launches and promotions.
Qualification
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with major social platforms and content formats; basic video editing or design skills are a bonus.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data and derive actionable insights.
