Your role combines frontline guest engagement, itinerary design, and sales excellence to drive bookings while upholding our high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibility
- Serve as a frontline tourism guide and sales liaison, delivering high touch guest experiences
- Design customized itineraries and tours aligned with client preferences and budgets
- Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, operators, and attraction providers
- Process bookings, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless experiences from arrival to departure
- Upsell premium experiences and manage post trip follow up to secure repeat business
- Represent the brand at events and online channels while maintaining a premium image
- Collect feedback and implement service improvements to elevate guest satisfaction
Qualification
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- 2+ years in tourism, hospitality, or travel sales
- Strong knowledge of Singapore attractions and local culture
- Proven ability to design itineraries, manage bookings, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid travel industry certifications or guides license is preferred
- Proficient with CRM systems and booking platforms
