Azure Paths Travel Co. is seeking a results-driven Tourism Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand, optimize our online presence, and drive bookings through compelling campaigns.
What youâll do: develop growth-focused marketing strategies, curate destination-focused content, manage partnerships with local vendors, and analyze performance to constantly improve ROI.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Bali-based tours and experiences.
- Plan content calendar and produce high-quality multimedia content (blogs, videos, social posts).
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and social media to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Forge partnerships with local hotels, operators, and attractions to create co-branded offerings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with product team to launch new itineraries and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage email marketing, CRM segmentation, and retention programs.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2+ years in tourism, travel marketing, or hospitality roles.
- Proven ability to create compelling travel content and campaigns that convert.
- Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to travel regionally for campaigns and events as needed.
