Join CineLab Studios, a premier film and video production company in Los Angeles, as a Video Producer. You will shepherd creative concepts from script to screen, coordinate crews, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure delivery of compelling content across multiple formats.
In this role you will collaborate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and clients to craft engaging stories that resonate with audiences and meet production goals.
Responsibility
- Lead preproduction planning, timelines, and resource allocation to keep projects on track
- Coordinate production crews, talent, locations, and equipment for efficient shoots
- Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and cost tracking to maximize ROI
- Manage on set operations, safety, and logistics to support high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with editors and post teams to ensure timely delivery and revisions
- Communicate with clients to align creative vision and project scope
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of production experience on commercial or narrative projects
- Strong knowledge of preproduction and on set workflows
- Proficiency with industry standard tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Solid budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel for shoots as needed
