As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will collaborate with program leads to recruit, train, and steward volunteers; coordinate schedules; and help measure impact. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our community through organized, joyful, and purposeful volunteering experiences.
Responsibility
- Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers to support program activities.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules, trainings, and assignments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain a volunteer database and activity logs.
- Support outreach efforts to recruit volunteers and raise community awareness.
- Assist with event planning and execution for community programs.
- Provide ongoing recognition and stewardship to volunteers; gather feedback to improve programs.
- Track and report on volunteer impact metrics to program staff.
Qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience with databases or volunteer management software is a plus.
