Responsibility
- Support program delivery and event coordination with a focus on community engagement
- Assist with volunteer onboarding, training, and scheduling
- Help manage data entry, donations tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate outreach efforts through social media, flyers, and partnerships
- Provide frontline support at events, greet participants, and assist with logistics
- Collaborate with staff to assess impact and propose improvements
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in nonprofit management, social sciences, communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work with diverse communities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with good organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; basic social media experience
- Reliable, proactive, and able to commit to at least 8 hours per week for a minimum 3 months
