Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff to join our Bali team. This full-time role ensures efficient receiving, storage, and order fulfillment for our customers. Based in Denpasar Selatan, Bali, you will help maintain accurate stock levels and a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Your daily responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders, labeling and storing items correctly, and preparing goods for shipment. You will collaborate with teammates to monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and implement efficient storage solutions.

Remuneration: Rp 2,300,000 – Rp 3,000,000 per month. This is a full-time role with potential benefits and career development within Private Advertiser.
As a Warehouse Staff, you will be part of a culture that emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. You will receive training on inventory software and warehouse procedures, and you'll have the chance to contribute to process improvements.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Unload, label, shelve, and store items in their designated locations to maintain organized inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory control to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse, complying with health and safety policies.
- Update stock records in the inventory system and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as trained and support loading/unloading activities when required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehousing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and orders.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20-25 kg and perform routine warehouse tasks.
- Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory systems or spreadsheets.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices is a plus.
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic English is a plus for inventory documentation.
