GreenFields Agri Corp is seeking a driven and experienced Agricultural Operations Manager to oversee farm production activities, optimize resource usage, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibility
- Direct and supervise daily operations across crop production units to ensure maximum yield and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor modern agricultural techniques and sustainable practices.
- Coordinate procurement and management of seeds, fertilizers, equipment, and other farm supplies.
- Lead and mentor farm staff, ensuring high standards of performance and safety protocols.
- Analyze production data and create progress reports for senior management.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
- Establish schedules for planting, irrigation, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with agronomists, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support farm objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in farm or agricultural operations management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of crop production, resource management, and sustainable agriculture.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in farm management software and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and budgeting abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
