In this role, you will bridge agronomy, data science, and field operations to design, deploy, and optimize crop management programs that scale across multiple sites. You will help farmers implement sensor networks, software platforms, and evidence-based practices to maximize productivity and sustainability.

Responsibility
- Design and implement precision agriculture programs (soil, moisture, nutrient, and pest monitoring) across multiple farm sites.
- Collect and analyze field data; translate insights into actionable recommendations for growers.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to pilot new sensors, irrigation technologies, and decision-support tools.
- Plan and oversee field trials, calibrations, and validation of crop management protocols.
- Train and mentor farm staff and contractor teams on data-driven farming practices and equipment operation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (yield, water use efficiency, input costs); report progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; maintain accurate documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in precision agriculture, irrigation management, or farm technology.
- Proficiency with farm management software, sensor networks, data analysis tools (Excel, SQL); familiarity with Python/R is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, field troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to field sites; valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and regulatory requirements.
