We are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to join our team at MY Fimedia Network Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our company's footprint in the Southern Manado region and meeting revenue targets.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to management
Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
