Responsibility
- Lead the daily operations of the Calamba branch, ensuring efficient workflows and high service standards.
- Manage and develop branch staff, supervise recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies; coordinate internal audits.
- Drive branch revenue and growth through customer outreach, partnerships, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting to senior management.
- Represent the branch in external forums, maintain stakeholder relationships, and escalate issues as needed.
- Implement risk management practices and maintain service quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branch or operations management; minimum 3-5 years.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluent in English; Filipino desired.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and government processes in the Philippines.
- Analytical mindset with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics experience.
