Responsibility
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in systematic and historical theology.
- Develop and update curriculum in alignment with current theological research.
- Supervise and mentor students in academic, research, and vocational pursuits.
- Conduct and publish original research in accredited journals.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and university service.
- Engage in community outreach and interfaith dialogue events.
- Assist in securing research grants and funding opportunities.
- Advise students on academic progression and career opportunities.
Qualification
- Ph.D. in Theology or closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proven teaching experience at the college or university level.
- Strong record of scholarly research and publication.
- Ability to communicate complex theological concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in education.
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.
- Willingness to participate in academic and community service.
- Experience in advising or mentoring students preferred.
