In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of passenger and light-duty vehicles using the latest OEM tools and diagnostic equipment. You’ll collaborate with technicians and service advisors to deliver transparent, accurate repair estimates and best-in-class customer service. Responsibility

  • Diagnose vehicle issues using OEM scanners and technical manuals; interpret codes, perform tests, and verify repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, parts replacements, and system repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and repair mechanical components with precision and safety.
  • Test drive vehicles to confirm proper operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Document service performed, parts used, and time estimates in the shop management system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with service writers to provide accurate estimates and communicate repair findings to customers.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience; ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of engine mechanics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and HVAC.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, multimeters, autodata/software, and hand tools.
  • Excellent reading of technical manuals, schematics, and repair procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.
  • Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required.
