Responsibility

  • Promote Asia Brewery beverage brands to retailers across Paco and Metro Manila, driving category growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits, merchandising, and display setup to maximize product visibility and in-store execution.
  • Plan efficient sales routes, call on assigned accounts, collect orders, and ensure timely replenishment and deliveries with partners.
  • Collaborate with distributors and store staff to negotiate shelf space, promotions, and price integrity in line with trade marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and pricing compliance, and provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Report sales activity, track performance against targets, and adjust plans to optimize territory performance.
  • Build lasting relationships with retailers, operators, and partners, delivering excellent service and product knowledge to drive loyalty.

Qualification

  • Minimum 1 year of field sales or beverage/CPG experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory.
  • Strong time management and route planning abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Metro Manila retail landscape and trade channels is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to train and support retail staff during promotions.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and using reporting tools or CRM systems.
