Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing the right hardware products.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the cashier and handle payments securely.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Manage stock levels, replenish shelves, and assist with inventory counts.
- Answer product questions and provide basic guidance on usage and applications.
- Support visual merchandising and pricing accuracy across the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent service.
- Follow store policies for loss prevention, safety, and cash handling procedures.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior retail experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 15 kg).
- Basic math, cash handling, and POS system familiarity; willingness to learn.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Team player who works well in a fast-paced retail environment.
