Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership to multiple branches, ensuring consistent execution of business plans and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Drive customer experience, service quality, and complaint resolution with a focus on retention and acquisition.
- Oversee risk and compliance frameworks, internal controls, and governance across branches.
- Lead talent development: recruit, coach, and retain high-performing managers and front-line teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and report performance to regional leadership.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and distribution teams to optimize product offerings and channel strategies.
- Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, broker relationships, and regulatory discussions as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years in insurance or financial services with at least 3 years in a senior management/leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading multi-branch operations and achieving financial targets.
- Strong strategic planning, P&L management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance in the Indonesian insurance sector.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to regional branches as needed.
