Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations from Tai Seng in Singapore. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive operator who can translate strategic goals into efficient, scalable processes. You will be the driving force behind day-to-day activities, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost control while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
As a key member of the General Management team, you will design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across procurement, logistics, facilities, and vendor management. You’ll establish repeatable routines, dashboards, and SOPs, monitor critical metrics, and partner with finance, HR, sales, and customer support to align operations with revenue and customer outcomes. You will also lead a small operations team, coach peers, and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day operations across procurement, inventory, facilities, and service delivery to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes and SOPs to streamline workflows and reduce cycle times.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and optimise supplier performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to drive operational efficiency and protect margins.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational playbooks to enable data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, sales, IT, and customer support to align operations with business goals and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management, with a track record of process improvement and growth.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing a small team and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor management; comfortable with ERP/CRM systems.
