Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations from Tai Seng in Singapore. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive operator who can translate strategic goals into efficient, scalable processes. You will be the driving force behind day-to-day activities, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost control while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

As a key member of the General Management team, you will design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across procurement, logistics, facilities, and vendor management. You’ll establish repeatable routines, dashboards, and SOPs, monitor critical metrics, and partner with finance, HR, sales, and customer support to align operations with revenue and customer outcomes. You will also lead a small operations team, coach peers, and foster continuous improvement.

Responsibility

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management, with a track record of process improvement and growth.
