Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies for inventory and operational needs.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure advantageous terms, ensuring best price and quality.
- Oversee and optimize the entire logistics process, from warehousing to distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
- Supervise and mentor the procurement and logistics team; foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with finance and operations for invoice processing and budget control.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement and/or logistics management, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and suppliers effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Leadership capabilities with experience overseeing teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
