Responsibility

  • Provide daily cat care including feeding, grooming, litter management, and health observation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to pet parents, respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and coordinate visits.
  • Lead and train junior staff or volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations and high welfare standards.
  • Oversee shop operations, including merchandising, inventory control, reordering, and POS transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and enrichment-focused environment; implement interactive activities for resident cats.
  • Monitor feline welfare, identify health concerns, and document observations for veterinary coordination and AVS compliance.
  • Coordinate scheduling and care routines with the team, ensuring consistency and adherence to licensing standards.

Qualification

  • Prior experience in cat care or pet hospitality; minimum 1 year preferred.
  • Passion for cats with patient, compassionate handling and a gentle demeanor.
