Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews to inform personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches) to adults and/or adolescents.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and care teams to coordinate care.
- Participate in supervision, peer review, and ongoing professional development to sustain clinical excellence.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, IPT, DBT, etc.).
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and case formulation skills; experience with psychological testing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, ethics, risk assessment, and crisis intervention; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
