Responsibility
- Manage daily club operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with members and VIP guests
- Oversee financial budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue reporting
- Coordinate and execute private events, activities, and club programs
- Implement health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Drive membership growth through networking and marketing initiatives
- Address member feedback with professionalism and prompt solutions
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience managing a club, hospitality venue, or luxury event space
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible, event-driven hours (evenings/weekends)
