Elite Sports & Social Club is seeking an experienced and energetic Club Manager to lead operations in Miami’s premier recreational and social destination. As Club Manager, you will oversee all aspects of club management including staff leadership, member engagement, financial oversight, and event coordination. Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations, ensuring premium service and member satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Manage membership processes, including onboarding and retention strategies
- Develop, organize, and execute engaging club events and activities
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost controls
- Implement safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Monitor facility maintenance and vendor management
- Foster a welcoming environment aligned with the club's brand and values
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of club, hospitality, or resort management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of membership management software preferred
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
