As Club Manager, you will partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, manage budget and P&L, ensure compliance, and maintain the club’s renowned standards of service. Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, facilities maintenance, dining services, and front-of-house teams.
- Lead membership experience, programming, and events strategy to maximize engagement and retention.
- Develop and manage annual budget, forecast P&L, and optimize revenue streams across dining, events, and memberships.
- Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage a high-performing multi-department team.
- Ensure safety, security, compliance, and risk management across all club operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and service standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and capital projects with a focus on cost control and quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality, club, or luxury hotel operations with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proven team leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Exceptional member relations, communication, and event planning abilities.
- Knowledge of safety, security, regulatory compliance, and risk management best practices.
- Proficiency with club management software, CRM, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
