Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations ensuring service excellence and consistent brand standards.
- Lead and develop a diverse team across front desk, events, food and beverage, and security.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting.
- Design and execute member programs, events, and experiences to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and risk management policies.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and city authorities to optimize operations and partnerships.
- Own the member feedback loop, respond to escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in club, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety, licensing, and risk management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
- Proficiency with CRM and POS systems; data-driven decision making.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
