Responsibility
- Greet customers and identify their technology needs to recommend suitable laptops and accessories
- Demonstrate product features and perform live demonstrations
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and mobile payments
- Maintain attractive product displays, signage, and store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
- Aim to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional service
- Offer after-sales support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Previous retail sales experience, especially in electronics or tech stores, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with laptops, peripherals, and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and cash handling abilities
