Join Nimbus Media as a Content Curation Specialist and help shape how audiences discover high-quality information across our platforms. You will collaborate with editorial, product, and data teams to build compelling, structured content collections that align with our strategic goals.
In this role, you will leverage data, industry trends, and user feedback to curate relevant, timely, and diverse content experiences. You will champion best practices in metadata, taxonomy, and accessibility while maintaining a scalable editorial process.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain curated content collections across multiple channels (web, mobile, and apps).
- Collaborate with editors, product managers, and data teams to define curation strategy and KPIs.
- Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to optimize content relevance and engagement.
- Design and implement taxonomy, metadata, and tagging schemas to improve searchability.
- Source, vet, and update content from internal and external contributors while upholding quality standards.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and oversee workflow for content inclusion, updates, and retirement.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all curated experiences and align with brand voice.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Library Science, Information Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content curation, editorial planning, or knowledge management.
- Strong research skills and ability to assess quality, relevance, and reliability.
- Experience with CMS and content tagging, taxonomy design, and metadata standards.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and time-management skills.
