Join Lumina Curations as a Content Curation Specialist. You will shape our platform's editorial voice, organize and prioritize content, and work with product and editorial teams to deliver high-quality, relevant discoveries for millions of users.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft data-driven curation strategies, ensure content quality, and drive engagement through meaningful, timely recommendations.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute curated content strategies aligned with audience insights and business goals.
- Source, evaluate, and select high-quality content across multiple categories.
- Build and maintain editorial calendars, deployment workflows, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to optimize content discovery and onboarding.
- Tag metadata, taxonomies, and improve search and recommendation quality.
- Monitor performance metrics, run experiments, and iterate on curation decisions.
- Maintain copyright compliance and uphold brand voice across all curated collections.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, library/information science, journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years in content curation, editorial strategy, or a product/content roles.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful) and metadata tagging.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform curation (GA, dashboards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
