Responsibility
- Develop and maintain editorial curation standards, taxonomy, and metadata to support discovery and SEO.
- Source, evaluate, and select high-quality content from internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with editors, product, and marketing to align content with audience segments and business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, retention, conversion) and adjust curation approaches accordingly.
- Manage content data in CMS and ensure accurate tagging, categorization, and governance.
- Build partnerships with creators and vendors; negotiate licenses and usage rights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Library Science, Information Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content curation, editorial, or related roles.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to curate across topics and formats.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful) and basic SEO principles.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with licensing, rights management, and partnerships.
